John S. Moffa
John Moffa has been specializing in personal injury law for over 25 years. He has represented thousands of clients throughout Southeastern Massachusetts and earned a reputation as a trusted and respected advocate for the injured. John graduated from Northeastern University in 1979 and went on to financial management positions with General Electric and Digital Equipment Corporation.
In 1986 after earning his Juris Doctorate at New England School of Law in Boston, John decided to pursue his passion for law and moved to the Cape where he worked for former Judge Joseph Reardon. From 1988 until 1996 Attorney Moffa was a member and became a partner of the Boston Personal Injury Firm, Ravech, Aronson, Shuman and Lewis. In 1996 Attorney Moffa established his own firm helping those injured throughout Southeastern Massachusetts. A member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, John has recovered millions of dollars for his clients on cases ranging from wrongful death, brain injuries, burn injuries to injuries caused by drunk drivers.
Attorney Moffa also brings experience as an insurance defense attorney, specializing in representing bars, liquor stores and restaurants throughout Massachusetts from claims brought due to alleged negligent service of alcohol. He now uses his experience to represent those severely injured due to drunk drivers.
